“Excellent Doctor, needs better staff support”

Dr. Waldron is excellent at diagnosing and making you feel comfortable in an uncomfortable situation. She is easy to talk to and very knowledgable. The office only has a Medical Assistant available, not an RN or PA, and getting in contact with Dr. Waldron on the phone during an emergency is impossible, in my experience. I have chosen to have surgery with another doctor because of this issue. jill performed a removal of a cyst on my tail bone. she never got all of the cyst. I went back to see her a week later letting her know i still had issues and it was still there.
