jill performed a removal of a cyst on my tail bone. she never got all of the cyst. I went back to see her a week later letting her know i still had issues and it was still there. She refused to fix her mess up for free, she then gave me a business card of a colleague and told me she is washing her hands of the situation. I later discovered that I am not the only person she has done that to. Dr Waldron is an amazing Doctor. I have seen her for Hemorrhoids. Going to a Doctor for Hemorrhoids has got to be the most humiliating, scary, degrading thing on the planet. Right from my first visit she put my fears at ease. She is amazing. I never felt rushed, she spent as much time as needed with me explaining all of my options, and gave me whatever time I needed to make decisions that were best for me. Please always get a second opinion if you see Dr. Waldron. The second opinion let us know that the procedure she did is usually for patients in rest homes. My mother saw her for a what she thought was hemorrhoids. Dr. Waldron diagnosed it as possible a prolapse but would not be sure until she did surgery. My mother was in so much pain and discomfort she scheduled the surgery immediately. “Excellent Doctor, needs better staff support”

Dr. Waldron is excellent at diagnosing and making you feel comfortable in an uncomfortable situation. She is easy to talk to and very knowledgable. The office only has a Medical Assistant available, not an RN or PA, and getting in contact with Dr. Waldron on the phone during an emergency is impossible, in my experience. I have chosen to have surgery with another doctor because of this issue.
