Even though this was my 4th visit he told me it was nice to meet me which I interpret that he didn't know I was an established patient. He wasn't prepared to discuss my issues. It took him almost half the visit to read my chart and familiarize himself with my issues and test results. Then before I was completely finished discussing my issues he got up to leave. When I told him I wasn't finished he stood at the door to answer my questions. I just felt like he wasn't present for our visit

When Dr. Collins spoke about pre-dementia and dementia issues, he directed all his comments to my son-in-law, while looking at him. I'm the patient. I'm the person to whom this is occurring. I just would have liked to have felt I was being talked to, instead of about.
