When I first started seeing Dr. Thackrey I was t a point in my life that I didn't care if I lived or died. I had horrible depression and was on 20 mg. of Ambien a night to sleep but still had many sleepless nights. It took about a year and I was able to get off of all my anti depressants and the Ambien.
