He took a step-by-step The procedure he was going to perform He he answered every question we had [...] and showed us x-rays of the surgery he was going to perform. We felt right at a home with him and enjoyed him completely.

“Unprofessionalism”

I will never return to Madigan Army Medical Center after being evaluated for simple chronic knee pain. I was disrespected and talked down to.
