“He listened to everything I said...”

He listened to everything I said. He validated the things we talked about. When he asked me if I had a blood pressure cuff and I said yes, but I don't know how to use it. He told me to bring it up there and his nurse would show me how. The nurse will check to see that it corresponds with theirs. When I call for an appointment it's easy to get in with him or his PA. He has the best phlebotomist I've ever had, I don't even feel it. All of his staff members are so polite and cheerful.
