Dr Frank is by far the best doctor I've had in my adult years and I'm 54 and also a registered nurse.She is thorough, attentive, collaborative and just pleasant EVERYTIME I see her!! She's an excellent PRimary Care Doctor!!! If there was an award given out she would certainly be a candidate for one!!!
