Life Changing

Choosing to move forward with the SGB shot has truly been life-changing for me. The difference I have experienced — both mentally and emotionally — has been profound. For the first time in a long time, I feel a renewed sense of clarity, calm, and control.
I am incredibly grateful that this treatment exists and that it was available when I needed it most. It has given me hope, strength, and a new perspective on what healing can look like. The positive impact on my daily life has been undeniable,

Calmer. Clearer. Thankful

Dr. Lynch and his entire staff were absolutely incredible throughout my SGB treatment. From the moment we walked in, I felt cared for, respected, and truly heard. The procedure itself went smoothly, and the results have been remarkable. My anxiety has decreased significantly, and I feel more grounded and steady than I have in a long time. I’m beyond grateful for the impact this treatment has had on my life. Thank you for what you do.

Works for social anxiety!

The treatment performed as promised. I find that I can remain calm and present in situations that my body would usually panic in. My brain is no longer flooded with adrenaline, I don't have racing heartbeat or shaky voice. My mind can remain clear so that I can focus on listening, communication and connection in social situations. Now I feel like I can really level up in my career and personal life since I don't have this burden weighing on me.

6 Out of 5 Stars — If Only All Doctors Were Like Dr. Lynch

Dr. Lynch is easily in the top 1% of physicians I have ever encountered. I first saw him for PRP at his previous practice and recently for an SGB at his current one, and both experiences were outstanding. He takes an incredible amount of time with his patients, listens carefully, and truly cares. If more doctors were like him, healthcare would be a completely different world. I cannot recommend him highly enough—this was a 6-out-of-5-stars experience.

So grateful!

Dr. James Lynch is such a genuine and kind person who is clearly very passionate and knowledgeable about the work he does. He made me feel so comfortable and safe and really made the experience a pleasant one. Since receiving the procedure I have felt my body really begin to deepen into a sense of safety, allowing me to process things and feel and release in a way I was unable to do easily before.

Major reduction in anxiety

Dr. Lynch and his staff are terrific. They took the time to make sure I really understood the procedure and what kinds of things to expect. Dr. Lynch is both empathetic and really skilled. I've gone on to recommend him to friends and family members who are dealing with anxiety or chronic stress.

Wonderful, Compassionate, Professional -- I highly recommend!

Dr. Lynch and his team are a gem to the community! The process was simple, streamlined and at every step of the way he offered answers, support, and a sense of comfort. Dr. Lynch gives a level of care and dignity to the process that helps you feel at ease and confident about feeling better faster. I have noticed definite differences in the experience of my anxiety and hypervigilence months later with much improvement!

In addition to the medical results, Dr. Lynch, Jodi and the rest of the team provided world-class support at every stage of the process. The quality of their communication, empathy, professionalism and transparency are unmatched. I could not have asked for a better team, or a more positive outcome.
