I've been seeing Dr. Keffer for about 7 or 8 years now, for recurrent pain from injured cervical discs and a fractured C2 vertebrae (which I was lucky to have survived w/o paralysis). Dr. Keffer has always treated me w/kindness & true respect for my pain level. He is always careful to not over-prescribe narcotic pain meds & at times he has referred me for alternate treatments such as injections or nerve ablatement. I've never felt rushed during my visits. Sad to see him leave Roper Hospital.

Don't go here- they do not take care of their patients. I went in for a recurrent whiplash injury to see Dr. Keffer at the pain management center. My goal was to hopefully get trigger point therapy to fix the problem before my next backpacking trip to the Amazon for important research. The only reason I paid for health insurance for over a year was to have the pre-existing condition covered and to be taken care of, finally.
