Dr Uritskiy is amazing! He's able to see (and describe) multiple levels of complexity all at once, and he checks in to be sure patient understands risks and options. He's open about his thinking process, which really helps me clarify mine. I appreciated his explaining how important it will be for me to pursue the referrals urgently, for chance at reversing a process that might otherwise become permanent
