Dr. Jong is busy entering data (my answers to his questions) in his computer manually during the visit; he doesn't often even look at me, so he doesn't "see" me, even when I'm in front of him. He can't "read" my face, or mannerisms, or see me wince if I have a pain during an exam. He is a wonderfully polite, thorough, detailed fellow, but I do wish he paid more attention to me, and less to the data, or, better yet, had someone else do the data collection and input, so he could focus on ME. Having said that, I'm coming back, because I think I'm getting objectively good medical care from him.
