We, as family have been seeing Dr. Jong for over a year now. Each time he has been attentive to our needs, carefully & thoughtfully responds to a very challenging and difficult acceptance process for our mom and us as a family with her diagnosis. Dr. Jong has acted upon any concerns timely and professionally to determine best steps forward and how to navigate on a medical level in addition to precautions our mom and we should be thinking about & planning for. Over the course, he has been able to learn more about the day-to-day signs we experience by allowing us to communicate freely & honestly and weave those concerns into our discussions to help us better understand the symptoms of cognitive decline.

I was told my alzeimer is moderate to severe now, I understand Dr. Jong is busy but still I expect a little more compassion and understanding of my situation. Dr. Jong was very impatient with me because I couldn't respond to his questions regarding to the alzeimer test quick enough. I am suffering with my own disease so I need the physician understands me better.
