Accepted Insurance

I am currently not working as an in-network provider for any insurance plans, such as Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS) or Aetna. Thus, the full fee for each session is due at the time of service. At this time I have chosen not to process claims with any insurance plan including Medicaid or Medicare. Patients should be aware that this provider does NOT see patients with Medicare coverage, and they should not submit reimbursement requests to Medicare /Medicaid.



No insurance coverage is needed to work with me. However, if you do have insurance I am happy to provide you with a statement ("SUPERBILL") that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. If you choose to use your out-of-network benefits from your insurance, it’s important that you call them directly to verify that you do in fact have out-of-network benefits. Please contact them before setting up your first appointment.



You may choose to use Health Savings Account (HSA) and/or Flexible Spending Account (FSA) for payments.
