Booked an appt. for my elderly mom in Nov '22 for an appt. in June '23 at Warwick office. In March '23, without any phone notification (found out from Care NE portal notification), appt. was rescheduled to Sept. '23 at Providence office. After several back-and-forth phone calls, which basically resulted in a waste of time/energy on my part & a lot of b.s. on the office staff's part, my mom couldn't get in to see the dr.
