As you listened to your body to take this step, My advice would be to listen to the directions as to healing time and restrictions, you will not be disappointed.

“Dr Harry is called and gifted to heal people.”
The full stem procedure was scary but I am a true believer because Dr Harry and his whole staff are very compassionate people.I had a rare experience of falling on a cement curb headfirst after procedure and back in motel. All caused by my own stupidity, but Dr Harry and Toby came to me, cleaned me up, put me in wheel chair and took me up to room where The Dr put 4 stitches in my upper lip. I am well on my way to healing and grateful for the experience. Thank you Docere

After college swimming caused painful tendinitis in my shoulder, along with overall sluggishness after hitting my 30's, I started planning my trip to see Dr. Harry Adelson almost 2 years ago. I just finished up my procedure yesterday and I am beyond grateful that I did. Harry is a one of a kind expert in the field of regenerative medicine and a true pioneer of stem cell therapy. His ability to listen intently to all my questions and provide clear and concise explanations to everything I asked made me feel super comfortable from the day I met him to the minute I was put in recovery. His care team (Linda, Toby, Rock) were unbelievably knowledgeable, kind, and confident on par with Harry and I know were just as important to my success during surgery as Harry was.
It is only the day after my procedure, I am feeling better than ever with minimal bruising and little pain in all of my injection sites after undergoing my stem cell makeover. I can't thank Harry and his team enough.
