Dr. Clark addressed root cause issues over period of 8 months and helped me understand more about what was going on mechanically between muscles, skeleton and ligaments. Going from being unable to walk more than a mile or ride more than 10 miles without stress and instability - to now having just run my first 5k in 4 years and the bicycling season in about 6 years. The treatment is not fast, requires self observation and additional stretching to help all the mechanics rebalance very pleased.
