“Dr. Mairzadeh is very knowledgeable accommodating and caring”

I came to Dr. Mairzadeh from another dentist because my cap had a smell but my dentist at the time felt there was not a problem. Luckily, I went with my gut and came to Dr. Mairzadeh who immediately realized I had a serious infection. In addition, I had a cap that was improperly done by my last dentist. Dr. Mairzadeh allowed me to come at anytime and any day to have the tooth attached.

This is my second time seeing Dr. Mairzadeh. The first time, I came in for tooth pain. She asked to have X-rays, so she can better diagnose me as opposed to just guessing what could be the problem. Then she went through each tooth to ensure nothing else was wrong.

On my second visit, I had to get a filling. She explained what she would do prior to doing it. She kept checking to ensure that I was not in any pain and informed me that I can ask to stop at any time.

Today's visit is my first treatment by Dr. Mairzadeh so my review may be premature. I was cared for by Dr. Kim for over 1 year whom I loved but she left the practice - so I need time to adjust to the change. I want to point out that there should be 1:30 p.m. appointments if by patient's request. I finish work at 1 p.m. and I have to wait for an hour before I can be seen -- that is not Dr. Mairzadeh's fault. The office policy should change -- people do want to see a dentist while at lunch.
