The person answering the phone to make an appointment or leve message for doctor was the most efficient, caring and friendly person I have ever encountered before in my doctor's PacMed system. Dr Ware had a substitute nurse who also was excellent. Had to wait an hour for lab tech's lunch period and then rushed me thru. Thanks

Dr. Ware is an excellent care provider. I was seeing her as my PCP was booked until Jan and she had availability.She listened to me carefully and was able to order the tests that I needed. She quickly understood my needs and explained everything clearly. She made me consider switching my PCP over to her. I really enjoyed my interaction with Dr. Ware. She's definitely an asset there at the Pacific Medical Center.
