This visit was a followup visit to discuss results of an MRI. While the staff was prompt at check in and the tech was prompt in escorting me to an exam room, the doctor was over 45 minutes late and did not apologize for his tardiness. I understand appointments can run late but I expect an explanation for the delay. The doctor also seemed to be reading the MRI results for the first time after he entered the room. He did not see on the MRI what he saw on the x-ray and did not have an explanation for my pain. His advice was to do physical therapy. He also somewhat suggested to me to get a second opinion if I did not like his advice. So I left his office with no answers for my pain!
