“Health care as it was meant to be.”

Dr. Eileen West is professional, kind and dedicated. Her patients come first. Dr. West’s attention to detail is incredible! She takes time to get to know her patients, explains what tests she would recommend for them - WHY she is recommending a test or course of treatment, and explains all of it clearly. Questions are welcome - even if you think of them later - she always gets back to you!! I needed someone in my corner; that’s why I see Dr. West.

“She is the standard of what a doctor should be.”

Dr.Eileen West is amazing. She goes above and beyond for her patients. I’m a disabled veteran and she took her time to explain everything to me and my family about the COVID vaccine. Her staff is wonderful and so professional. When we walked in and they greeted us at the door. She truly is a outstanding doctor. The customer service is five ⭐️ star. I recommend her to anyone. She truly cares. She is the standard of what a doctor should be. I will be back again. So grateful for your service and expertise.

“Great appointment today with Dr West and Shannon (RN) have been”

Shannon (RN) was welcoming, attentive, responsive and friendly without being annoying. She has a great sense of humor and is skilled with blood draws (I didn’t feel the needle go into my arm). Dr West was similarly warm and welcoming. She spent a lot of time with me and provided a very thorough physical with referrals. Driving home, I had a call from my pharmacy letting me know she had already sent in a prescription! I look forward to follow-ups and other appointments (and I don’t usually look forward to doctor’s appointments).
