End of year 2009 staff has had major issues with customer service. I felt like a bother when I called to get an appt and was told the dr was booked and I could go by and possibly be fit in. I arrived to find parking lot empty and no one in waiting room. I asked if I could see dr castillo as I had an resp infection/cough producing green mucous.
