After graduating from the University of Alberta in 1998, Dr. Cunningham completed his O.D. from the University of Waterloo in 2002. He is a founding member and chair of the Integrated Ophthalmic Managed Eyecare Delivery Task Force by the American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery.
