I had an frightening emergency losing the hearing within my left ear just suddenly and they took me in without hesitation and put me in the proper regiment and my hearing recovered over two weeks. Although not guaranteed, having it dealt with quickly seemed to be one main reason for recovery. Love this group and doctor.

My child had a lot of anxiety about her tonsil surgery. Dr. Burachinsky has excellent bedside manner and made her feel much less anxious. He walked around a couple times in the post operational recovery room to check on his patients. The surgery went without a hitch and my child is feeling much better. Dr Burachinsky is compassionate, patient and thorough.
Insofar as the Covid pandemic is far from over my risk exposure by sitting in the waiting room for 45 minutes with a half dozen others could have been drastically reduced by waiting in my car.
The check-in final question about electronic vs. hard-copy privacy policy offers no opt-out choice other than to sign the form, which certifies agreement with electronic only. IT department needs to address this.
