It seemed as if the Doctor was not initially fully aware of the purpose of the appointment visit. I feel that a more thorough review of MyChart would have helped in this case. As my visit was the result of a stroke, I believe that more communication between Neurology, Vascular Surgery, and Cardiology would be helpful to coming up with go-forward actions.
