“When dealing with Dr. Kawashiri,...”

When dealing with Dr. Kawashiri, he was very thorough, knowledgeable, warm, and professional.As stated before, Monica (? Not sure that was her name she's the nurse in training) was not super prepared to deal with patients yet. She was kind but seemed overwhelmed and her priority was not connecting with and putting the patient at ease. When Miriam was present, she was incredible and was training her well.
