I practice general internal medicine because I enjoy taking care of the whole person and getting to know my patients over time. I take the time to listen to my patients and always strive for clear communication. I also take my experience in clinical practice to inform my research on the care of vulnerable populations and efforts to improve health care delivery across the country.
