“Recommended a new medication and...”

Recommended a new medication and said she sent prescription into pharmacy. She did not send the prescription into pharmacy. When I called to the office they stated she was on leave until August 11th and had no reference in her notes as to the new medication

Dr. Walker is wonderful!! She takes the time to explain everything that is going to happen. She is very thorough and she provides excellent care! She listens to the patient and treats the whole person! I recommend her to anyone who asks about a doctor in the community.

“My visit was just routine origin...”

My visit was just routine originally until she learned of a recent fall and the pain I was experiencing. Then she ordered additional tests in which I appreciated. I just wish the results given of those tests by the radiologist were more specific. As mentioned before, I was told of "multiple" fractures, not the exact amount or exactly where.
