Listened to me actively and seemed genuinely pleased when I reported good news. Answered my questions even if they were small and ordered blood work to check up on symptoms even though they were small concerns. Showed me my MRI scans that I didn't get to see and walked me through the anatomy and findings of the scans. Spoke to me in a way that made sure I would understand without talking down to me. I greatly appreciate his respect towards me as a person and patient and genuine desire to see my condition improved.
