“Haters need to get a life”
I have visited Dr. Gregg's office at least a half dozen times and have always been treated with the utmost respect by her and each member of her staff. I recall times when I stopped in late in the day to purchase a product or for a service and saw her in the back room in her surgical scrubs. Each time she peered around the corner and made a point to speak to me and make me feel welcome and recognized as a patient and a customer. I have attended two open houses at Dr. Gregg's office and had consultations with her, the new doctor, her nurse and aesthetician and have never felt like any product or procedure was forced on me. During the open houses representatives from all of the pharmaceutical and product companies are on site and I experienced the same professionalism, compassion and service from each one of them. In every case I have thought going in that I needed more work than the doctors or staff have recommended I have done, which proved to me the practices is not all about the money and the knife. I usually don't write or read reviews of any type because I have always thought that the people writing them are usually bashing someone; hotel, restaurant, or doctor, etc. while most people are too busy living their happy lives to waste time blogging or writing a negative review. Not cosmetic surgery, but when I had to have a hysterectomy for a serious problem I was having, I was petrified over the horror stories I read about this procedure and doctors. I had a flawless experience and felt foolish for worrying myself sick before hand. This taught me a lot so when I heard Dr. Gregg had received so much bashing on this site and a few others, I felt obligated to spend the 5 minutes it took to write this review. Now I will go continue to enjoy my life and look forward to the next visit to Dr. Gregg which is always a warm and positive one.
“Poor skills and uncaring”
Dr. Gregg presents as a very caring and friendly physician. She took more time looking at my eyes in my initial consultation than the day of my surgery when she rushed in from exercising and quickly and carelessly drew the lines where incisions were to be made. The incision was done so low on my right eye that it created a fold at the crease and interferes with its functioning and causes constant discomfort. I sought advice from another specialist who informed me that he "fixes" many of her p...Original review on DoctorsDig.com
