I was hesitant to start down this path. I knew it would be hard since I had worked in the dental field and knew somewhat what was involved. When Dr. Gurney sat down with me at first, he gave me several options and it was a struggle to decide which way to go since the way I knew I should go was going to involve many months of procedures and expense. But through it all, Dr. Gurney and his staff were patient and understanding of my hesitation. Sometimes I felt like I was a huge burden, but they assured me that I wasn't. We kept moving in the direction I needed to go and although we ran into some unforeseen problems with my case, I always felt like Dr. Gurney would make it right. I felt like I was in good hands. I felt like I could be honest and he would listen to my concerns. I appreciate the patience Dr. Gurney and staff endured during this long emotional journey of mine. I am extremely happy with the results and feel like I look how I imagined I would look after the many months it took to get everything the way I wanted. I felt like Dr. Gurney didn't settle for just anything. He made sure everything was to my liking and to his liking. His attention to detail made all the difference. Between Dr. Gurney and me, I am sure our expectations were hard to meet at times, but it was so worth it in the end. Many thanks to everyone involved in my case.
