We had a very long story. The NP was patient. Listen to the entire thing, did not try to brush us. Did not give the appearance that she was trying to hurry out of there.It was wonderful surprise from what I've experienced in other doctors offices.Dr. Graffeo, was amazing, I'm not sure exactly how long he spent in the exam room with me and my husband but it seemed like hours. He explained my situation to me where I could understand, he went over a course of action and made me feel very at ease about my diagnosis. He is a warm and caring doctor.

I was very satisfied with the whole interaction, He was very Knowledgeable and thorough with his explanation for the way ahead/plan and trust him with his recommend recommendations.

Everything was good very good overall with the video visit I liked it very much instead of driving two and a half hours to see him in the office

Very well satisfied with the dr. He was very knowledgeable about my situation and went over the 3 options I had to decide myself He never tried to suggest one over the other. He just explained each option on detail.
