She works in true partnership with her patients, honoring their autonomy and encouraging them to make informed choices and take meaningful steps toward improving their health. It's especially noteworthy when a primary care physician takes the time to thoroughly review clinical notes and describes a colleague as "top notch" and advises to "treasure" her.
