Dr Carroll was able to do an overall skin exam and answer another question, as well as deal with the issue I came to see her for. I appreciate the efficiency and competence.

The Dr was slightly condescending in her delivery of my concern of moles. I am sure she was trying to assure me they were not cancerous but a more sensitive approach would be nice. My stepson died from a mole (melanoma) he was born with and my dad had complications with melanoma. A little more compassion in my concern of both of my issues would have been nice instead of leaving the office feeling like I wasted her time. She gets paid regardless of result.
