It's great here. I see Dr. Woo and Jessica. I love Dr. Woo. He treats his patients very well and he explains everything. He's a great doctor. Jessica is the exact same, wonderful. My daughter used to come here and told me all about it. I have no problems at all here, everything is great!

“He gives you a couple different options...”

It's good here, I don't think they do enough up to date testing like xrays/mri. Things change when you're injured so that's something they need to work on. Other than that everyone's friendly here, sometimes I feel rushed, but I know there are a lot of people here. It's much better than the other office I was at. I like Dr. Woo, he really listens and does not rush you. He gives you a couple different options instead of saying "we're going to stop you on this" or " no more therapy" and that makes you feel better when you start getting options.

Friendly staff, great doctors, and you are not in the doctors office all day. They listen to you and they find the best diagnosis for you. I've been here for five years now, great people here. I would recommend them to anyone. I've been to a lot of doctors and you are there all day...those docs go by the book instead of actually listening to the patient and what you have to say. this is a great place.

“it's his bed side manner...I'm more relaxed with him!”

Overall everything is alright. Pain brought me here and I've been treated pretty decent. I see Dr. Woo and Nilima, they are pretty cool. I feel more comfortable with Dr. Woo, it's his bed side manner. I'm more relaxed with him!

It's excellent here. Jessica is excellent, she sits down and talks to me and explains it all to me. So does Dr. Woo and Dr. Winas. I like when they sit down and talk to me and listen to what I have to say. Everybody is really nice here and that makes you want to come back.

Dr. Woo is great and so is Karen. He is a keeper. They listen to me and they understand exactly what I'm trying to explain to them. They don't sit there and say "yeah yeah yeah" they let me say what I have to say and they listen. I've been here quite awhile, they are doing what they do and they are giving the best care I can get.

It's excellent here. Dr. Woo listens to me, he took care of me at that moment rather than making me come back. He asked if I wanted immediate relief and I said yes and that's what he did. I've never had any issues here. Everyone here is professional.

“He seems to know everything that's going on with my body...”

It's pretty good here. I fell down the steps, I hurt my arm really bad which brought me here and that's what started it all. Then the pain went to my spine, neck, etc. I've seen Dr. Woo - he's great. He seems to know everything that's going on with my body, he gave me some injections about a year ago. The first time seemed to work, the second time didn't work as well. The staff here is great and pleasant. They are really good.

A car accident brought me here but the chiropractor therapy is working with Dr. Becker, at the other office. Just sitting on my MRI and then we're going from there. Dr. Woo is great, he works with you and encourages you. I'm scared of the surgery so he tries to calm me down. I'm never waiting here when I have appointments.. at tops 15 minutes which is fine. I found you guys online and it's been good.

I've been coming here for 5 years. My experience here is amazing and Dr. Woo is the most amazing doc in the world. He is very personable, he knows you by name and he understands even though he's not going through the pain you're going through...he understands. Coming to pain management, he doesn't make you feel like an addict or anything..he makes it feel like home. He's in the same dynamic as my specialists so they all work together which is great. I always refer him to other people. He is just very caring an just never makes you feel uncomfortable. I love Deb in the front, she's amazing. I straight up call her extension for any questions and she gets right back to me.
