Wilkins is an articulate, confident, seemingly well-educated doctor. She seems to come into appointments with her conclusions already drawn and decisions already made. She assumes a lot, and although she does listen, I had to interrupt her more than once and demand she let me speak. When she did finally listen, it was a perfunctory exercise, as she had clearly already made up her mind as to the course of treatment she wanted to pursue.
