“From the receptionists that gree...”

From the receptionists that greeted me with a smile to the assistant to the doctor himself, everyone treated me with kindness, professionalism, and care. I have finally found a doctor who does not rush me through the appointment, who listens to everything I have to say with no judgement or condemnation. He hears me and I feel seen and heard for the first time in a long time. I have even brought my mom to see him as a result of how good he was to me.

From the reception desk to the nurse to the doctor my visit was a very good experience. I'm getting to know my new PCP and his nurse and I gotta say I am both happy and impressed with the care I was shown. It's like seeing old friends who help to take care of me.
