My time is also valuable - but what was worse than the extended wait was when Dr. Budenz said she really can't give a full opinion without the MRI, which she does not have. It was a waste of my time to show up without the MRI, why wasn't I told at the time of the appointment to bring a copy? In the future I hope you have more insight and better planning with your patients and respect their time and energy.

From the time she walked in the door she made you feel at ease most doctors today want to rush you in and out the doctor took her time explaining and showing exactly what she was going to do for the procedure I have a major hearing problem and with covid and wearing the mask I did not understand at first she then asked me would it be better if she typed out everything she was saying I could not believe that no other doctor did that for me or even thought of Doing that right there I knew I had to right doctor

I liked the doctor, she was able to give me answers. They had me scheduled for an audio test even though I had already taken one and then I waited for almost 45 min after my scheduled appointment before I saw the doctor.
