“I brought up concerns about abdo...”
I brought up concerns about abdominal symptoms while taking a medication known to increase kidney stone risk. I did not feel those concerns were meaningfully explored. A week later, I had to go to the ER because I started to pass a kidney stone. This was particularly frustrating because I had a similar experience previously when I reported persistent head pressure that was not initially taken seriously and was later found to be IIH.
