I would like to recognize Dr. Brittany Hessell for the exceptional care she provided during my visit. She was kind, gentle, and compassionate throughout my examination, and she took the time to carefully listen to all of my concerns following my recent hospital discharge.She made me feel comfortable discussing my symptoms without feeling rushed or dismissed. I truly appreciated that she took my concerns seriously and ordered STAT tests to ensure everything was okay and to rule out any serious issues before something else could happen.Her thoroughness, professionalism, and genuine concern for my well-being gave me reassurance during a very stressful time. I am truly grateful for the excellent care she provided and believe she deserves to be recognized for her dedication and compassion toward her patients.
