She was kind, gentle, and compassionate throughout my examination, and she took the time to carefully listen to all of my concerns following my recent hospital discharge.She made me feel comfortable discussing my symptoms without feeling rushed or dismissed. I truly appreciated that she took my concerns seriously and ordered STAT tests to ensure everything was okay and to rule out any serious issues before something else could happen.Her thoroughness, professionalism, and genuine concern for my well-being gave me reassurance during a very stressful time.
