Dr. Anderson has been my doctor since my previous doctor left in 2012. Over the years she has gotten to know my medical history very well, and I feel like there isn't much she doesn't know about my health. She has been there through several medical crises in my life and has always handled them with professionalism, knowledge, and care. That consistency has meant a lot to me as a patient.At one point the First Hill Medical Clinic was starting to look a bit run down, and I remember thinking I might need to find another clinic. The environment where you receive care really does affect how patients feel. Thankfully, the clinic eventually received an upgrade with new furniture and improvements. Cleanliness and updated surroundings make a big difference in a patient's mindset, so I was really glad to see those changes happen.
