If I could give 1,000 stars I would. Hearing root canal usually makes people cringe but Dr. Pugh is the Bomb! Very prompt, honest about treatment, and very good bedside manners.

Hamilton Mill Endodontics will file claims for all insurance companies with the exception of Medicaid and Medicare. At your appointment our office staff will contact your insurance company to determine your coverage and benefits. All information given by an Insurance company is an estimate of benefits and not a guarantee of coverage. Ultimately the patient/guardian is responsible for all incurred fee. If your insurance policy does not have out of network benefits Hamilton Mill Endodontics will be unable to file your claims for you. Please Note Dr. Brian Pugh is not a part of your insurance companies preferred provider list.
On average insurance companies will reimburse approximately 50% of our fees. Our office policy is to collect 50% from the patient at the time of visit. Once the insurance company has paid on the claim any credit to your account will be mailed to you in the form of a check, any balances will be due by the patient upon receipt of statement. Hamilton Mill Endodontics does not file secondary claims, we will however assist you with all necessary paperwork to do so.
Reasonable Usual an Customary Fee, this is a term you may hear from your insurance company. The insurance company has decides what they feel is a reasonable, usual and customary for the service based on demographics this is usually considerably less than the dentist´s fees.
