Unusually long wait time to be called into Dr. Myre's exam room, but my own office visit lasted longer as well. Considering that treating cancer is much more complicated than the common cold, having to wait as long as I did and the overall length of my own visit, perhaps my wait time was really not that bad! I have a lot of trust my Duly team!

My first visit and experience meeting with Dr. Myre was good. He was willing to spend more time explaining my situation and choices available with me. He was patient and kind and listened to my concerns.

It was our 1st visit with Dr. Myre. He seemed very nice & easy to speak with. Honestly, all of the Duly doctors have been incredible to work with. Dr. Amit Patel, Dr. Giambalvo, Dr. Myre & Frank...all have been respectful & great. I have no complaints. Your call center & trying to get a hold of the PA's & office is not easy task. I have been calling for over 5 yrs on my dad's behalf & NEVER had an issue. I called recently & I got hung up on by one lady & Raquel was a bit better but they would not let my call thru when I am on the call log to speak on my dad's behalf. All the doctors are aware of it & know my dad signed permission to do so. I was handicapped because I could not get the help I needed without having my call put thru. Very unprofessional to hang the phone upon someone since she wasn't willing to answer the questions I posed to her. BAD!!!

Other than then the hour and 15 minute wait to see Dr. After scheduled appointment Dr. Myre was great. He answered all our concerns and was very professional. He listens to all of our concerns and addressed all of them. He made sure that all my needs were met and then provided me with a preventative course of action to be sure they were on top of my care. I cannot say enough about his professionalism and how he made me feel like I was his only patient.
