Knew my history, was a great listener, asked about my allergies, if I'd ever been tested and/or taken allergy shots, examined my nose and throat, suggested that I consider allergy testing again to determine what current triggers may be, authorized refills for the nasal sprays that help in managing my symptoms. Dr. Hendricks is an excellent doctor; I'm glad that he is on my team.
