“This was a second option appt fo...”
This was a second option appt for me (other Dr was out side Medstar). The outcome of what I had done was the same, however here the Dr was able to explain why and what would happen if the problem was not resolved. He was patient when I asked my questions and reassured me that 1. This is the best course of action and 2. That he would work with me until the problem is solved. I am thankful for this Dr immensely.
