“overall pleased”

At times there was not enough communication from the dr about what washappening, what was going to happen, or what the changes to braces meant. Sometimes we would leave the office and wonder, it wasn't clear to my high schooler either. The front desk is fantastic! The assistants are super knowledgeable and personable and take their time - going above and beyond!! We love all the people in the back but a special shout for Darlene and her skills. She is talented, and caring!!
