Dr. Pulido was my general doctor during my 2 years term in Richland, WA. I was pleased with his office staff, they were always very welcoming and accomodating. I only waited more than 10 minutes on one occasion, other than that, I was always in his office within 5 minutes (and usually I was early to my apointment).
