“Doctors and nurses were exceptio...”

Doctors and nurses were exceptional. It was just a difficult wait time at the hearing test area and doctor waiting room. We were early, but had waited 2 hours and 20 minutes to get to hearing test area. We had been assured that the hearing test would be quick and easy to make it upstairs. We were late for the doctor appt, but they were behind so they took us.
