As I have stated several times to Dr. Florida, I have been following all the prescribed strategies in controlling my blood pressure such as losing weight, adhering to a very healthy diet, taking my BP on a regular basis, and taking my prescribed medication. For some reason, there is some disbelief regarding me following the prescribed regimen.
