More info: I accept Optum, Cigna, Aetna, UnitedHealthcare, Anthem Blue Cross California, Oscar Health, Carelon and Oxford. Insurance will be verified through a 3rd party biller, auto pay enrollment for payment after visits, and scheduling can begin once insurance has been verified. I do have a 48 hour cancellation policy for $400 for the first visit and $100 for every 15 mins of a follow up appointment that will be charged to the card on file if cancellation or rescheduling is not completed accordingly.
