She basically read the scene which contained private results that we didn't want the caregiver that accompanied us to hear. She literally lectured us as a robot would. No personality no smile, no look in the eyes no compassion whatsoever. She didn't give us time or inquire about our emotional state of mind. All she cared about was filling in the blanks on her computer. Very disappointing visit that we came from 70 miles to be read what the other doctors had already told us.
