“I hadn't met Dr. Kholpes before....”

I hadn't met Dr. Kholpes before. To me, it was a comfortable meeting. He listened patiently while I explained my problem and didn't interrupt me. He gave me his diagnosis and then a treatment. The treatment as of yet hasn't been a complete success but it has improved my condition. If I had it to do over again I would have had other questions which came to mind in the days following. He was patient, professional, friendly, and I will likely visit him again.
