Dr. Lam was informative, kind, patient and supportive of my situation. He is down to earth and communicating with him was easy. I appreciate his ability to make me feel comfortable and hopeful.

I have already been telling friends about what a great Dr Lam was. How he explain everything In clearly and not over my head. He had such a great bedside manner.

This doctor took his time and he explained more to me about the virus that I had while I was in the hospital for a week then the people in the hospital did. They just kept saying it was a virus in my blood and that's all they knew they couldn't determine what virus it was. This doctor told me at least the type of virus that was in my blood and that had infected my heart causing me to be so severely ill. They didn't know which strain of this particular virus but at least he informed me that it was a specific type of virus and what that virus was. He also explained the reasons that my gallbladder needs to come out. Because of my insurance I did request that we do a reevaluation in December, just because I don't know if I'll have insurance in January, he was very accommodating and made an appointment for me early enough in December that we could schedule the surgery to remove my gallbladder if my health improves enough to do so by then.

Dr. Lam is amazing! And his has great bedside manners. He came in to do my procedure when he was off schedule. That's a doctor that has passion for his patients and profession. He actually made me laugh the second he came through the door with a comment he made which eased a lot of my fear of the procedure and made me extremely comfortable. He explained every step before he actually did it. He Explained what I would feel before actually numbing me, which I appreciated the warning so I could remain very still. He was also very gentle and professional. I felt safe in his care. I feel so much better. I'm just sore and the thrombosed hemorrhoid is going down some. You rock Dr. Lam and thank you!
